GoAir has a flexible baggage policy that allows its customers to carry plenty of luggage while traveling in its flights across the country. Customers flying on GoSmart and GoFlexi bookings can carry check-in luggage upto 15 kgs and its GoBusiness passengers are allowed upto 35 kgs of check-in luggage. Customers have the option of purchasing extra baggage on the GoAir website for their travels in the increments of 3, 5, 10 and 15 kgs. However no passenger will be allowed to carry a single check-in luggage weighing more than 32 kgs in a flight. GoAir allows its passengers to carry oversized items such as sporting goods etc at a nominal fee of Rs. 1000 but check-in luggage cannot exceed total dimension of 158 cm (L + W + H). If a customer wishes to carry oversized luggage inside the flight then purchase of additional seat may be required.
