i booked premium room, looking with comfort but ac was not that higher end so i need to ask for standing fan and also they have alotted 4 th floor for staff stay, laundry etc which was bit awkward 😬 though receptionist was very co operative to get us standing fan for bit comfort

I stayed in room (204) which needs some maintenance. Unclean washroom and the undersink stone work was incomplete. Soiled Sheets with some red/maroon colour spots on the inner side of the comforter. No body wash in the bathroom. Dusty curtains. Though the price is quite low, I chose the hotel for the location to avoid long travel times to my destination. But Cleanliness has to be maintained whatever the price we pay.

room was okay but washroom washroom wasn't clean properly. asked to change the room but first they said we have another room but then in next 5 mins back told that one also booked. no on came to clean washroom and even on next day new room was not allotted. plus the person at reception in night was very rude on asking for any request. also we checked in late night and had to stay in that condition
