- The free transfer shall only mean and include the charges paid per kilometre and do not include any tax, waiting charges, parking charges (in Delhi @ Rs80/- Mumbai @ Rs50/- Bangalore @ Rs60/- Hyderabad @ Not Applicable), toll charges (as per actuals) or any other charges of any nature whatsoever. The customer shall be solely responsible for all such charges.
- Any amount over and above shall be paid by the Customer as per the km meter reading.
- The coupon / voucher will be sent via email to the registered email address used at the time of booking.
- The validity of offer is till 31st July 2012. The coupons / voucher for cab transfer is valid till 31st Dec 2012
- The coupon / voucher of Free Cab Transfer is non refundable.
- After transaction customer will get the cab booking link for onward journey. if customer wants to avail the benefit for return journey then the same to be requested at Goibibo Call Centre. For eg: If you have booked a return flight ticket DEL-LKO-DEL, in this case Goibibo will send only one cab link for claiming the Free Cab Transfer for onward journey i.e. "Cab To DEL Airport". If customer wants the cab on his return journey i.e "Cab From DEL Airport" then the same need to be claimed thru Goibibo Call Centre.
- Ibibo shall not be responsible at any time, incase of any deficiency in service by Easy Cabs.
- All complaints/claims and dispute arsing out or in relation to the customer availing the Easy Cabs services shall be solely dealt with between easy cabs and the Customer
- The customer shall be bound by all the terms and conditions of Easy Cabs mentioned below.

Booking Process
- Log on to www.goibibo.com.
- Key in details as required in the flight search field.
- Finalize the Airline, use the promotion code - EASYCAB, and then click on Calculate Discount button (for validation purpose) and proceed for payment to avail the offer.
- Click Make payment to proceed.
- Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd. will validate the transactions based on Promotion code and above mentioned terms and conditions of the offer. Valid customers will get the mail with Free Cab Transfer Details with a link to book Cab online.
- To avail the Free Cab Transfer offer, all the booking will be made online.
- In case of flight cancellation the Free Cab Transfers will be automatically cancelled.
- To reschedule the Free Cab Transfer, all requests will be taken at Easy Cabs Call Centre @ 011 – 43434343 (24 / 7 operational)
- The customer needs to handover the printed coupon / voucher of Cab Booking to the cab chauffer at the time of travel
- Cab & Chauffer details will be shared 60 minutes prior to the actual travel time via SMS on the registered mobile no. during cab booking at Goibibo.
- In case of a airport to city transfer in Mumbai, Delhi(T1) & Bangalore the customer would have present the voucher to the Easycabs representative at the Airport and would not get cab or driver details prior.
- In case of any cancellation or refusing to board the cab after successful booking by customer, then the applicable charges will be borne by customer. Ibibo Web Pvt Limited is not liable for any such additional charges.
