Arrive Paro International Airport from New Delhi / Kolkata / Bagdogra and transfer to the hotel. In afternoon, there will be a half day sightseeing to Takin Zoo, and Tashi Chho Dzong (open after office hours). Overnight stay at Thimphu.
After breakfast, transfer to Thimphu and in afternoon visit National Library, Folk Heritage Museum, National Handicraft Emporium, Bhutanese traditional paper factory, National Memorial Chorten, Buddha statue, Centenary Farmers Market (open during weekends Friday – Sunday) and Centenary Park located very close to river. In evening visit the city for shopping and overnight stay at Thimphu.
After breakfast drive to Dochula Pass and stop at 108 Druk Wangyal Chorten from here you could have a panoramic view of the Himalayan mountain range when the weather is clear. Further down hill, the road will lead to Lamperi and explore Royal Botanical Park for a while. Once you reach Lobesa, drive few kilometers and take a short walk through the villages to Chimmi Lhakhang (temple). Drive to Punakha and check in at the hotel. In afternoon visit the majestic Punakha Dzong and evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Punakha.
After breakfast, transfer to Paro valley via Semtokha. Afternoon visit the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and on the way back drive till the base point of the Tiger’s Nest. Evening at leisure and overnight stay at Paro.
After breakfast visit Kyichu Lhakhang, which is one of Bhutan’s two oldest and most sacred monasteries dating from the introduction of Buddhism in the 7th century. Further drive uphill and visit Ta Dzong and Paro Dzong, which is located on the rocky outcrop of the steep hillside overlooking both sides of the valley drive back to the town. In afternoon visit the town for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Paro.
After breakfast transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward destination.
