ITINERARY

Day 1: Cochin

On arrival special welcome at the Airport by our representative and transfer to the hotel, check in to the hotel and day at leisure for Cochin sightseeing of Fort Cochin, Jews Street, Marine Drive and shopping. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2: Munnar

Transfer to Munnar 145kms 4 hrs, enjoy the thrilling transit up the hill station and en-route enjoy the view of the Cheeyappara waterfalls. Check in to the hill resort and an evening visit to a nearby view point/photo point .Over night stay –special flower decoration in room .

Day 3: Munnar

After breakfast enjoy a full day to the major spots in and around the enchanting hills of Munnar which includes Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you may see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Eco-Point and evening at leisure. You can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional) evening back to resort. Enjoy the special Candle Light Dinner at the resort.

Day 4: Thekkady

Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check into the Resort and enjoy the visit to the Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary, Elephant Ride and plantation tour. Overnight stay at the resort after the day’s tour of the wild life destination.

Day 5: Kumarakom

Morning after breakfast, transfer to Kumarakom 165 kms 4Hrs 45mns which has panoramic backwater stretches & lush paddy fields. Check in to the back water resort and enjoy the day with backwaters and sunset. Overnight stay at the backwater resort.

Day 6: Alleppey

Transfer to Alleppey 38 kms 40 mns, on arrival check into a traditional Houseboat of Kerala and a cruise through the backwaters is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of Alleppey and Kuttanad village. Enjoy the special candle light setting for dinner. Overnight stay on the boat you have the specially decorated room bed.

Day 7: Departure

Enjoy the morning cruise and check out after breakfast.9:30am Transfer to Cochin 95 kms 1 hrs 30mns.

POINTS TO BE NOTED

• Houseboat check-in at 12:30 pm and check-out at 9 am. A/C in Deluxe Houseboats will be operational from 9 pm to 6 am. Premium & Luxury Houseboat AC operates from check-in till check-out.
• Cruise time in Houseboat will be from 12:30 pm to 6 pm, followed by a halt at lake side at 6 pm and overnight stay. Next day cruise starts at 7:30 am till 8:45 am, followed by check-out at 9 am.
• Category of packages vary with category of resorts (2 star – 3 star – 4 star) of which rooms will be of base category unless mentioned for any upgrade.
• Hill stations of Kerala (Munnar – Thekkady – Wayanad) do not have A/C rooms except very few resorts which provide A/C room on extra cost.
