ITINERARY

Day 01: Munnar

Arrival at the Cochin Airport and our representative shall meet you to welcome to the Gods Own Country. Enjoy your travel to the most demanded hill station of Kerala, en-route sights of beautiful rivers, water falls, high mountain peaks and finally in about 4 hrs you will reach Munnar.After the travel, enjoy the evening at leisure.Stay overnight at the hotel in Cochin.

Day 02: Munnar

After breakfast, visit to the most popular sightseeing points of Munnar starting with the Maduppetty Dam then to Kundala Lake, Echo point and Rajamalai (Eravikulam national park). Spare some time at Munnar town and dig into shopping farm fresh tea, spices and other yields of the plantation zone. Overnight stay and enjoy the pleasant climate below 18 degrees even during summer.

Day 03: Thekkady

After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady also called Periyar by the river and wild life sanctuary. Thekkady is about 90 kms and it takes about 3 hrs drive from Munnar.It is also a hill station at the same time as well as renowned wild life sanctuary for Tiger reserve. Check in to the resort and visit plantation tour, wild life sanctuary and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel after the long day with travel & sightseeing.

Day 04: Thekkady

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing- an Elephant ride, Ayurvedic massgage and an evening cultural show of any Kerala traditional art forms. Indulge into premium spices like pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and many others directly from the platation zone with no chemicals, preservatives and harmful processing. Overnight stay at the resort and a morning transfer to Cochin Aiport.

Day 05: Departure(Cochin Airport)

Transfer to the Cochin Airport or railway station which is about 195 kms and time to say FAREWELL! Carry home memories.... carry home experiences for a life time.

POINTS TO BE NOTED

• Houseboat check-in at 12:30 pm and check-out at 9 am. A/C in Deluxe Houseboats will be operational from 9 pm to 6 am. Premium & Luxury Houseboat AC operates from check-in till check-out.
• Cruise time in Houseboat will be from 12:30 pm to 6 pm, followed by a halt at lake side at 6 pm and overnight stay. Next day cruise starts at 7:30 am till 8:45 am, followed by check-out at 9 am.
• Category of packages vary with category of resorts (2 star – 3 star – 4 star) of which rooms will be of base category unless mentioned for any upgrade.
• Hill stations of Kerala (Munnar – Thekkady – Wayanad) do not have A/C rooms except very few resorts which provide A/C room on extra cost.
