The Chandigarh Airport showcases state of the art terminals and has also been declared as the “customs terminal”. The terminal has a capacity of accommodating 500 passengers. It is situated in the union territory of Chandigarh. The Chandigarh Airport is also expanding to operate international flights.
Terminals
The Chandigarh Airport currently has only one domestic terminal T1. At present, the domestic terminal has flights arriving and departing to Delhi, Mumbai, Jammu, Leh, Srinagar, Jaipur, Bangalore, Indore and Calcutta. Indigo, Air India and Deccan Charter are among the few airlines that run from this terminal. The Chandigarh Airport would soon start running international flights and become an international airport.

Connectivity by rail: The railway station is located at a distance of 13 kms from the Chandigarh Airport.
