Concourse A is the only concourse, of the lot, not to be served by the US Airways. It was opened in 1986 and has 12 gates to it.
Concourse B is exclusively served by the US Airways. It was opened in 1982 and has 16 gates.
This concourse was opened in the same year as Concourse B. The concourse shares similarities with Concourse B as it is served exclusively by the US Airways too. It has 18 gates to it.
Concourse D is the concourse which serves as the International concourse at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Famous airlines like Lufthansa, JetBlue and Insel Air operate at this concourse. This concourse has 13 gates to it.
This is the concourse with the most number of gate, 38 in total, to it. Concourse E is specifically used for US Airways Express. With more than 340 flights a day, this is the largest express operation in the whole world. This concourse was opened in 2002.
