The Dibrugarh Airport is located at a distance of 15Kms east and north-east of Dibrugarh Town. It has an area of 253.959 acres and an elevation of 362 feet. There are five parking bays made for Aircraft AB-320. There are still parking bays to be made for aircraft B-747, B-737 and others.
Terminals
At present there is only one terminal at Dibrugarh Airport.
Domestic Terminal
There are four entry gates at the domestic terminal of Dibrugarh Airport.
At present, the terminal can handle a capacity of 250 people during arrival and departure time.
Airlines like Jet Lite, Indian Airlines and Indigo operates flights from this terminal.
There are 10 CUTE (Common User Terminal Equipment) check-in counters at the airport.
Assistance to physically challenged, aged and infirm is provided at the airport.In addition to this the airport also has two wheelchairs for help.

Spread over an area of 340 square kilometres in Tinsukia district of Assam, Dibru-Saikhowa National Park is a hotspot destination among wildlife lovers. It is home to migratory birds (main attraction), feral horses and Gangetic dolphins. Identified as an Important Bird Area (IBA), the park boasts of having more than 382 species of birds including Greater Adjutant Stork, Lesser Adjutant Stork, Large Cormorant, Open bill Stork, Black necked Stork, Large Whistling Teal, Great Pied Hornbill, Marsh Babbler etc.
Taxi facility is available outside the airport and leads you to some of the famous tourist attractions near it. These places include Shibnagar, Namdapha, Pancopas, Parasuram Kunda and Sadiya Saikhowa.
