The Jammu Civil Enclave is the domestic airport located in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. The airport is also referred at Satwari Airport. It is located approximately 14 kms from the international Indo-Pak border and 8 Kms from the main city. In the recent years, the infrastructure and other facilities of this airport have been improved, as it is one of the most visited airports of the country. The airport covers a total area of 129.20 acres of land and is elevated 291 meters above ground.
As of now there is only one domestic terminal at the Jammu Civil Enclave Airport. Flights from here are catered to some of the major domestic cities of India like Goa, Mumbai, Leh, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Pune and various other places.
Flights from this domestic airport are carried by airlines like Go Air, Air India, Jet Airways, SpiceJet and Indigo. The Himalayan Heli Service and Global Vectra Helicopter Service carry trips from Katra to Sanjichhat.
The airport terminal at present has a capacity for 180 passengers on arrival and departure during its peak hours.

Jammu Civil Enclave Airport is located at a distance of around 10 kms from the main bus stand. Frequent buses run from the airport towards the main bus stand and are available at a very minimal cost.
The railway station is also located approximately 10 kms from the airport. Many buses and taxis are available outside the airport that lead to the railway station.
