Changi Airport

Changi Airport serves the city of Singapore and is managed by Changi Airport Group. It is a major stopover for long route flights between Australia and Europe.

The sixth busiest international airport, it serves more than 100 international airlines flying to some 300 cities in about 70 countries and territories worldwide.

Terminals:

Terminal 1:

It can serve up to 24 million passengers per year, some of the main operating airlines are Air China, Air France, Air Mauritius and Air Asia.

Terminal 2:

Opened in 1991, this terminal has a movie theatre, free Internet surfing kiosks, gaming stations and more. Air India, All Nippon Airways, Cebu Pacific Air and Etihad Airways are some of the main airlines operating here.

Terminal 3:

Opened in 2008, it is considered as the airport’s 'green' terminal with natural skylighting and gardens. Some of the main operating airlines are Asiana Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Jet Airways and Garuda Indonesia.

All these three terminals are connected by the free Skytrain which operates from 5.00 am to 2.30 am, at both the transit and public areas of the terminals.

JetQuay CIP Terminal:

The JetQuay CIP (Commercially Important People) terminal is located next to T2 and can be used by any passenger travelling in any class, on any airline, through any of the three main terminals.

About Changi Airport

The airport is located about 17.2 km northeast from the commercial centre in Changi and is well connected by all modes of transport.

Connectivity by Bus:

The bus stops are located at the basement bus bays of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Public bus service 36 connects the airport to various places of the city.

Connectivity by Rail:

The airport can be easily reached via Tanah Merah train station.
