    horrible experience. windows couldn't shut down, bus was soo dirty ,so much noise of the spare parts of the bus.A big no no for this travels.never ever travel in this bus..I don't even rate one star ..it's a minus star .

    Bad experience.. Never travels.. This type of bus... My booking in volvo multi axel sleeper Ajmer to ahmedabad .. But when bus.. Arrive... Sleeper 3 rd class ac.. Also it's late ... 10 o'clock time for departure & bus arrive .. 11 .. O'clock great... Punctuality & also .. Service.. Never suggest anyone. To travel through gill travels...

    Windows were not working and sheet was so small to adjust 5'4" person so think how bad it was. Worst journey ever........

    There was no stop over for dinner. When i asked the driver, i was told that they are running late. So they will not be stopping for food. Also, the plug point for charging mobiles was not working.
