It was not MMK travels, bus was Nila express. Behaviour of bus driver was too rude to his co staff and other passenger boarded from Coimbatore, driver abused passenger and tried to threaten him. Passengers were unable to find the bus since the bus name was not matching as per ticket . We are feeling that journey was like prisoners were moving from one place to other. I will never ever prefer Nila or MMK travels anymore.

Pick-up address was not exactly clear at Alleppey. Vehicle was late by 40 minutes and no GPRS info about the same. Stop over near Cochin for some material load....it was almost 20 minutes and another 30 minutes at 11.30 pm for dinner which is very odd time. So,reached late Bangalore by 45 mnts

Bus is okay. But for the price you pay, its worst. They change **** from Alleppy to Bangalore which is too costly and you will not even get a water bottle
