    the punctuality should be improved the bus came at 10.10pm the pick up time was 9.10pm . .and i was supposed to reach the destination at 7am but reached an hour late. . .rest all the experience and bus quality was good. . They need to sort out their pick up mess. . .till last month i had to board near parle factory even tough i had my pick up location at dasarhalli . . I was used to it now they have resumed theservice from dasarhalli. . .this should be mentioned in the app while booking earlier so as to free us from hassle

    Some passengers were drunk and it was very uncomfortable....it's very irresponsible of the staff to give such people tickets

    It was late for more than 2 hours and the staff had no courtesy to listen to passengers. Also they are onboarding the passengers in all ppssible stop overs for that extra money. Worst travel experience
