The best part is punctuality. Off late KPN had lost its charm owing to lot of negative comments from all corners and rigid behaviors from the staffs. At least I see progression in the right direction to attain the past glory and understand that there are rightful competitors in this industry unlike 5 years back when they had a monopoly.

Goibibo should take a step and inform all the buses to provide bus number along with driver contact information before bus start the journey. Its always painfull as till the last money you don't have bus details and the number we receive during booking it always belongs to their main branch Please start providing driver n bus details to passengers.
