I availed the service twice while going from and coming back to Bangalore. While going to hampi, the bus made us wait for almost 2 hours near Anand Rao Circle. The seats were not very clean. I would not say the seats are super dirty but comparatively not good. The driver did not stop for dinner or restroom even though we had boarded the bus at 8:30pm. Told me that there is a jam so we would not stop in order to reach on time and still we reached 2 hours late

Bus is right on time. No problem in boarding. Though it is sleeper bus, you can't sleep because of the berth condition, windows are jammed so if you want to take fresh air you really can't and too much bouncing.

Departure a little bit strange... Pick up bus at the beginning... And then 45 min waiting for an other bus. Stop over on Hospet and not in Hampi... So I had to pay a tuk-tuk to reach my destination... ... Not happy for the service.
