    Good thing 1. Arrival Time both pick & Drop is good 2. Drop point information during sleep is good 3. Sleeper Birth comfortability is very good for sound sleep. 4. Respect for people is good Need Improvement 1. Upper Deck Side Rail not fixed in between instead placed at corner, which will not prevent people to fall during their sleep 2. Holder for keeping small luggage & Bottles is broken , which is about to fall any time 3. AC outlet not have any closure to reduce the Flow control

    Nobody call to me for boarding because of poor communication late booking but one bus heap me to find out the vacancy and then got seat near mana particular any way I come to chennai
