Bad service, my mom and dad asked them 3:4 times to get down at Lonavala They were rude to talk about Than they cancelled in between and transferred to another bus Finally they were dropped at Pune and again they came back from there. They didn't charge but 9 hours journey for senior citizen parents Cannot rely on them
