    Bus contacts mentioned were not reachable. Pickup stop mentioned is wrong and I had to rush to another correct pickup stop by taking auto. Bus was approx. 1Hr late and none of them informed me.

    previous passenger has vommitted and the blancket , curtains were all smelling bad, the stop over point was bad, the ambience, cleanliness, taste, everything was missing, the time of the was given 11:10, bus arrived at 12:40, because of this delay bus reached andheri, my get down point, at 9:50 and I had to take days off
