Had very bad experience with SRS. When you areange any alternative vehicle in emergency please make aure that there is a vacant seat available according to the number of people you are trying to pickup. Had booked A/C Sleeper from point A but due to genuine reasons it couldn't come to point A. So they sent another bus Non A/C Sleeper to pick us up, but unfortunately most of these seats were preoccupied so I couldn't have a seat for almost for two hours in journey in the valley till point C (B supposed to be my meeting point with booked bus). After that it was quite okay.
