    bus was very nice.. both the driver and conductor were very well behaved and helpful.... only thing which troubled me was timing !!!! I was suppose to reach my destination by 7:30 PM .. but the bus was 2 hours late!!!

    Bus haven't reached on time. We spent 3hrs of waiting for bus to reach our stop. ...  Really disappointed with service

    Booked an A/C bus , bus reached boarding point after 3 hours of delay. After traveling for 1 hour everybody has been asked to get down and change a non A/C bus

    The bus arrived 20 minutes late to the pick up point and then we were asked to change buses midway in to the journey. There was no mention of this when I was booking the ticket.
