If ur planning to take bus to chennai from goa please erase that thinking from ur mind. It's a very bad idea rather take train to bangalore or any other bus service but Paulo. Very poor maintained bus, I suppose to reach chennai by 13 40 hrs but still I am on the way to bangalore and time is 10 40 hrs L. Moreover when u book it never says it goes to bangalore because for them both chennai and bangalore passenger same bus which u will know when u reach the bus. Worst service and poorly maintain bus. Bus maximum speed is 60. Waste of money and time

Very dirty bus. Debris all over. Paulo is the only AC bus service in India which does not provide a blanket. They "Sell" the blanket. Although it is for only Rs. 70 a piece but what will we do with it once the journey is over.
