We didn't get the bus type we were promised. We booked AC Sleeper but the bus was non-AC. The seat wasn't in good condition. The driver wasn't giving us any clarity. Very bad experience.

The driver and conductor were very very indecent people. My friend, who is a foreigner and a lady needed to use the restroom at around 12 and they had stopped at a place where the toilet facilities were beyond horrible with no water. She said she'd like to use a more decent one somewhere else to which they asked her to go in the open! And when she said no, they laughed at her!! As customers using good and hygienic toilets is our right, not a privilege! On top of having no concern for a fellow human being and not stopping they even spoke rudely to her and it was only when I intervened, refused to go back to my seat, and was also spoken rudely to, that they agreed to stop at a highway restaurant. Until then they said that there are no toilets for several kilometres. They let my friend suffer to several hours like this until I intervened. Horrible, horrible experience...

The bus was good and comfortable. It was spacious and had reached on time. The only issue which I faced was no one knew where the bus will come and pick us. It was told that pick up point was from Hampi temple but it was not. It is better to call the tour operators in the evening itself to get the drivers details so that they can pick you. If I had not called they wouldn't have picked me.

The single sleeper seat was very narrow and wouldn't fit me in at all. I had to sleep in one direction for the entire night because I couldn't turn AT ALL. The pillows and bedspreads were not clean. Would never choose. Was a very bad experience.
