    i booked my ticket **, my ticket mentioned 10:30pm Boarding at Harapanahalli. when i reached the location at 10:05pm bus already gone. this has happened twice to me. No agent or driver gives a call before they left. This is somthing serious issue with driver. somehow i ccatch the bus n when spoke to driver he is not ready to accept his mistake even after me showing him the ticket with 10:30 time. kindly fix it.
