I used Paulo travels for my round trip to hubli. Enroute to hubli was delayed by an hour from Chennai and i reached hubli two hours delayed! The bus was rattling , AC wasn't working and the inside wasn't clean and was disgusting. On my way back, the bus was better, AC worked , but was still delayed by 45 minutes! The stop over at Bangalore on the way back could've been a better place. We had to use the corporation pay and use toilets. I don't wanna say how that experience was, I'll leave it to your imagination. Overall I give this travels 3.
