  Bus was not clean, staff was aarogant, reached 2 hr late, mobile charger point WS not working, poor ac.

  Not literally a good experience. Treatment of staff was like shouting. Charging points were not working and nonsense reasons were provided like the bus runs on light and if they touch any wire bus will not move.

  Overall bus quality is good staff behaviour is good but one problem is there is not give any break of Dinner

  Bus waa on time. Seats and the premise was all clean. No stoppage. Over all good experience

  Lower berth must be on more of height as a person beside my berth open his shoes near my birth which he removed on my request as his socks is smelling. Also I'm a 6 feet guy but according to my judgement berth was exact 6 feet that feels me uncomfortable while sleeping.

  Bus was very good. it was neat and clean. seats were comfortable and bedsheets were washed and dirt free

  It was my first but wrost experience with Intercity travels. Staff is not cooperated. It look like local bus, because they took so many poor & dirty passengers & set them on floor, even there were no space to move to main door & people were shouted whole night, so sleep was disturbed whole night. I will never ever travel in future & will not suggest anyone.
