Poor experience. First of all bus came late. The number of bus given in SMS and actual were different, which causes lots of confusion to all passengers. Staff made no efforts to ensure bus reaches delhi on time. Behaviour of conductor was not cordial. Overall a poor experience. I m a regular traveller who considerd***an excellent site but now disappointed. Avinash

Worst bus ever. Waited for 2 hours. No Bus number to any passenger was provided so 100 of passengers was left uninformed. Mobile no.of entire company and conductors Switched off. No system at all. Passengers were stranded on road. Mannerless conductors. Sent me from one bus to another. Not ready to help in any way. Had to fight to get my seat. . Bus also hit two other buses. Rash driving. No one should book a ticket here ever.Worst experience ever........

First of all the bus wasn't multi axle (as mentioned in the description). Secondly the seat quality is poor. Air conditioning works fine but is poorly maintained and water droplets drip on you every now and then. Bus structure is old and doesn't feel like Mercedes.
