The AC was not working till Rajkot. Even the tyre got punctured at Ahmedabad and it could not be fixed after which we had to change the bus. After all these issues we had to just forget the punctuality of the bus. Reaching Mumbai was supposed to be around 10 am which was ultimately delivered at 3 pm.

pathetic experience. Bus was damaged since the beginning of the travel, no AC working. There is no word like punctuality and the staff was rude.

Bus was ok. But number of pickups was too much, in compare to given in the oline schedule. On the contrary, at the time of departure, driver and cleaner declared Borivali national park being last stop. so malad and Kandivali passengers also had to get down at Borivali. Bus management need to be strict and should not allow driver to pick local passengers in such long route highly paid buses. Because it not only disturs the genine passengers, but also raises question of security of their belongings.
