    Comfortable seats considering long hour bus journey. Bus staff is good. Run almost as per schedule.

    The bus was noisy and uncomfortable, the travel agent misguided by confirming (Byculla) as drop location and driver refused and insisted to get down at (sion) which is around 10 km away, so ended up paying for the taxi also, very frustrating and pathetic experience.

    Overall travel was good. But the arrival in mumbai was 2 hours late which is not acceptable.
