Being the first online service by Goibibo and Jagannath on this region (Karimganj to Guwahati), I thank both of you. Need to provide little information to the local people about the facilities as many people don't know about the service. Local counter was closed condition during the departure from Karimganj, If ur counter is closed then how passengers will know about the service!!! At least counter should be open at Arrival/Departure timings. By the way best of luck to Jagannath Travels, Hope better quality service will be able in upcoming days.
