    Conductor/Cleaner does not know which are the stops in Bengaluru. Driver speaks to customer in singular and does not respond properly for query. It appears as if they are taking us on free drive. Poor customer relationship.

    It was comfortable. It was on time Arrival and departure. Seats were very neat and conductor drivers are very helpful
