    1. Bus arrived around 40min late. 2. Helper was asking money for keeping the luggage in luggage cabin. 3. There was lot of confusion regarding seats. There were double bookings for single seat. People were made to sit randomly & not as per bookings. 4. AC belt got damaged & fans in bus were not working. Passengers had to travel without fans/ac for around 40-50min & then repair took a lit of time. 5. Bus arrived at the destination almost 2.5-3hrs late.

Just one complain - In Delhi, only one stop was there i.e. Anand Vihar. Which was also far from Metro station.

Would suggest none to board the bus, really pathetic experience. Bus staff didn't knew the road and went on a different path altogether. Our reaching time at Delhi was morning 6 but we reached at 12 noon, instead of scheduled 8hrs bus took 14 hrs to reach Delhi. Over the behaviour of driver was rude. Because of the delay I missed my train to Agra. Because of same my Agra trip got cancelled. I lost Rs.****, to and fro train fair for Agra and hotel bookings which were all prepaid for hassle free holidays. Over that my complete plan for Agra was ruined and I have to stay in Delhi. Now who is going to bear the damage created because of the untrained staff of the bus.
