I got to know my bus is cancelled only 2 hours before beacsue they have lack of customer to board which are 4 in number and still my money is not refunded. They have not provided any alternate arangements. Then i have to board train which was 80 kms away from kodaikanal. I have to pay Rs.**** to taxi to reach kodai junction so that i can reach on time to borad train at 8:20. Whole trip cost me more than Rs. **** which could have been cost me just Rs.****

Maintain departure time correctly and transportation is a problem since they keep changing from one bus to other when we have booked one particular bus

**** We had to suffer a great deal on this Thirumalaiyan Travelss. Not only did they club more number of occupants than the total number of seats, they also resold some of the tickets of already present tourists to other travellers! The conductors and driver were beyond rude when asked why they were clubbing both the 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm bus passengers together. The driver eventually took it upon himself to avenge the audacity of the passengers by driving at 50-60 kmph on the zero visibility mountain roads. We were not given proper space to keep the heavy luggages, in fact they were falling on top of us while the driver experimented with his driving skills in the narrow mountain roads. For a **** ticket we were not even provided with basic amenities like driking water or a proper blanket! Please, an earnest request, **

They cancelled the bus at the last moment and left us like that only. Gave a non ac bus to kodai road and than arranged bus from madurai. Left us on the highway for 1 hour. Dont go by this bus ever. If u have ladies and kids with u, better stay in kodaikanal. Dont board this bus ever. Pathetic service. Spoilt the journey.
