    I travelled kodaikanal to chennai yesterday, I reached kpn office sharp 6pm but bus was started 5.45 I asked office staffs, but they are speak very rude, very very worst staff in kpn kodaikanal, I never refer kpn to anyone

    worst travel experience from kodai...bus is good ...but they dont play movie....very rude behaviour with customers...bus was not in time on asking the time of arrival they will shout...and speak vulger language in tamil...but the seats and bus is very comfortable..thought the departure was 2 hrs late ...reached in time

    very very worst service, they are not giving blankets, I ask 3times but they are not giving, and timing also very late bus reached chennai at 7.30 am, don't go with this bus

    worst service ever. The driver or the manager does not even answer ur questions. They basically treat you like trash. The sleeper births are a **** disaster, no pillows or sheets provided. please do not choose this travel agency. They'll ruin ur travel experience. ...

    The bus was pretty decent but there was not enough foot space and none of the electrical sockets worked.
