Bus delayed by 2.45 hrs. No facilities as mentioned. Old bus and smelled bad inside. Changed bus before entering Karnataka, which maybe due to permit issue i assume. non-courteous staff...

I was charged Rs.**per ticket for the bus (norm is **) which is ok - Flexi pricing. But cant excuse the below: 2 hr 45 mins late. I had to wait with my wife n kid while it was raining all the while. An old and unmaintained bus. Emergency door bolted to the frame (see pic) No TV No charging port Interior stinks like the bus has not been used for long time Unresponsive Staff - acts totally unaware of the situation and cant handle the situation. I'm still in bus while writing this and praying that I reach safely in Bangalore. GOODBYE ATLAS TRAVELS!!!!

Television set was not working, choice of hotel for dinner was very bad, staff were talking too loud in the bus and creating disturbance to passengers in their sleep.
