The bus started on time and reached arnd 30mins to 1 hrs late. There were too many stops in between, and at okce place they happened to stop for around an hour. Very badly planned services. However, the upgraded us to AC service instead of the non AC we booked. But problem was AC was not running continuously.. they swtich it on for 10 mins, then off it for 5 mins. and again switch it on.. thats not how its supposed to be.. also the cabin was stinking..

I was shouted upon and humiliated by the conductor when I complained about the blanket being infested with 50 odd insects. My journey was unpleasant as he was indifferent to my complaint and didn't even take the pain to apologize. Extremely bad service. This is not the first time I have seen Cockroaches in their berths. But this is the first and last time I complain to and travel with Kallada.
