In short we where made to deboard the bus saying Ac is not working at trichy outer and we where on the road for 1 hour when another bus came the seat was not their and we had to wait for another half an hour. The best part is there was 4 passenger boarded the bus from trichy to go to kottayam which they said compliant and it proceeded to kottayam. My only request see that these type if inconvenience should not happen. This is my second experience with kallada travels.
