At the time of booking it was described about the bus as Semi Sleeper, which means bus with push back seats for comfortable sleep during night journey.. But after booking the back most seats (which was only available at the time of booking) , to our dismay we found out that the back seats don't have the push back option and had to struggle during our journey and that too after paying an high fare of Rs.** per seats.. (We had booked 4 seats in the last now by paying an total amount of Rs.** /-) Our complaint is when these last now seats are not comfortable like the normal regular seats., atleast the fare for this last row should be much lower than the other seats.. Hope Atlas Travels think about this seriously and do something to keep their customers happy.....

The worst bus service I have ever seen... the condition of the bus was pathetic... staffs were all bad they don't even care about the passenger safety... drivers are so bad .. all are unmatured... I really doubtful whether they have heavy lisence.

Though the journey was comfortable the staff very very rude. Paid double the usual fare for the ticket but had to change buses one hour through the journey and had to threaten the staff to get luggage transfered to the connecting bus. Staff were shouting and had no respect for the travellers. Very traumatising event!!!
