    They don't follow what they given the drop point in their own website. Very rude behavior by staff. Never recommend or use them for future.

    Service is good. However, during rainy days , Please ask the staff to enquire if anybody wants to use the toilet atleast twice on a night journey . Please tie up with rosaside etersi andensure cleanliness of toilets at stops

    Horrible journey with this bus where as SRS n VRL are very good on these roads n same fare.

    The bus arrival and punctuality is good but as they have mentioned some dropping points like navrang, anandrao circle are not covered they will drop in some other place n tell us to go in difft bus which will be very uncomfortable for ladies old ppl n carrying kids.
