Worst travel experience..Bus was late by 1:30 hrs at the time of on-boarding.Then, drive/conductor used to stop bus very frequently and were totally ignoring time schedule. In addition to that, bus was halted two times due to technical failure. So, finally we reached Borivali at 11:00 am i.e.4 hrs delay than schedule. Was keep on telling bus driver/conductor about criticality of reaching on time but both were ignoring. Have already called customer care 2 times and complained about bus. This delay caused heavy disturbance in my today's schedule and I want refund of the ticket. Pls check and arrange for refund of all three tickets. Thanks.
