I've traveled before to mlr last year n the experience was good. I'm a regular Travellers by Orange. But this is the 1st time I've been unhappy with the experience. Bus picked up people from Manipal University, only to drop them off midway some place else. Kept stopping everywhere.. Obviously the bus was 30min late when it reached hyd. The blanket that was given to me was stinking.. Had to turn on the AC vent at full speed to ward off the smell. Overall, I think it could have been a better experience

Driver didn't stop for tea and refresh, from 3.50pm to10pm. It is a problem to sugar patients. The driver did not give water bottle also . Can you please see to it that this does not repeat in future.

Well maintained bus, punctual, safe driving. The hand rest of the seats seemed too hard with sharp edges.
