Bus was rashly driven..we are thrown from corner to corner in upper birth.Drivers should concentrate in people sleeping in birth too and not only in reaching early. Also when bus stops somewhere for rest rooms people in birth needs to be informed as they may be sleeping and miss out and later they cant ask to stop in between.

worst bus operator, I had 2 very bad experience, one is on may 26, Chennai to Mannargudi, bus delayed for 2 hours that women travelling with kid nobody from universal travels intimated stayed back in bus stand second one today morning, my family travelled in same universal bus, charged for scania but serviced with ordinary a/c bus, with one hours delayed pickup, no communication about delay, contact number switched off.. finally within 100kms distance bus got breakdown tires got puncture it shows their maintenance, everything went horrible, then tried to contact main office with the mobile... that is also switched off, what a tragedy, ..
