It was d worst bus experience of my life. First of all it was a Ac bus and I paid for d privacy and good quality. They didn't get enough customers so they allowed people of slums to get into it till Mathura in Rs100 per seat. I was not able to sleep till they left cause I had concern for my valuable bags - about the security. Thereafter bus in charge not even left them at by pass, they went to their home or nearby area. Thereafter these bus attendents lost their way. They drove for 30 minutes in forest kind of area where security again was a concern. Finally after the threads of police they found the right path. On highway they stopped at around 1 am for dinner and didn't parked in front of dhaba not any of their executives informed d passengers with loud voice. I thought these jerks again hv got in some mess. Finally when I thought to check it out then I realised it was a dinner stay and the time was over. After entering delhi at around 4am .. Non of the two bus attendents told that they hv entered Delhi and customers if hv home on d way of bus stand can move out. Website also says for two stoppage but these unprofessional people dropped at Kashmiri gate. I somehow forgot my blanket in bus. I tried calling the attendents but there phone was on silent and I chased them by auto and took my blanket. It was one of d worst and memorable disgusting experience. I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit through this bus. It's a Ac bus but u want get security as low class irrelevant Peopl will travel with u. Thereafter they went in the core of Mathura to pick the new costumes. Might be those may be criminals, thieves or something else but bus owners doesn't care for our security. ...

It was a bad experience as they have shifted the 70 passengers and online passengers in a same bus. we have booked two sleeper for two persons and then we have adjusted with four persons. and later they told us that we will refund you the cost of one sleeper as we have adjusted with them but at the morning time we have not received any refunded money. All the return journey was very terrible.

Too bad seat, drinking allowed, too bad staff, cheap mentality persons can be met, they fill more and more person in same bus, staff not supported. Not recommended for family, socioeconomic class a, b, c persons. Plz do not travel and this is advise.
