    Negligent Driving and also worst staff behaviour. They get irritated if you carry luggage like a trolly along with you.

    There was difference in the seat that was booked and the seat we got due to changes in bus.... while changing the bus due to technical error provide the better one and the worst. We had a very bad ride.
