One of the worst experience.. I booked single seat for ****/- which wasn't a issue, but the behaviour amd service provided by the said travel agency and it's bus driver/conductor is pathetic. He didn't wait for me on my pick up point. And when I contact him he just replied me in very arrogant manner. Overall bus maintenance is good but the said travel agency should note this passenger left issue seriously.........

Bus was good. Restaurants where halt was taken was overpriced and food quality was not upto mark. Bus driver made the timing worst as we departed Amravati at 11 Am. 2 hrs delayed

The pick up man was extremely rude! I was standing at the stop half an hour before the time of boarding the bus. The bus left me without even calling me. When i called the conductor after 4 mins he was continuously shouting at me in Marathi! His 80% of the conversation during the call was in Marathi which i don't understand. I had to travel for 2 hours to catch my bus again. And in that time too the conductor was Calling me continuously and was very abusive in his language.
