This has been a terrible experience of bus travel. First the seat that I have booked was given to me for the first leg of my travel from Mumbai to Bangalore but not given in the second leg i.e. Bangalore to Chennai. More importantly the arrival time which was supposed to be 2 pm in Chennai but was in fact 6 pm in the evening.
