Pathetic experience during this Journey. The driver was driving very rough, everyone was amazed with that. Also, we were asked to change the Bus at 2 in night from Salem (Or anyother place, really don't remember the exact name, as was deep in sleep), which was the most dissatisfactory point.Imagine you're in deep sleep and someone comes to ask you to change the bus . Suggest that staff should be atleast knowing either of Hindi or English.

Rating a little above average but not very good as my travel was booked AC sleeper from Munnar to Bangalore but we travelled to some place in Tamil Nadu in non-ac bus for about 3 hrs and then were transferred to AC sleeper. Overall experience is still not very bad because staff was courteous and handled the transfers in TN well. Bus reached on time in BLR even after all these changes is another good point.

Unplanned dinner timings. Made all others wait for too long (2 hrs) for just 4 passengers who came late. The last seat (14U) dint have a closure for AC outlet and was closed by some cloth! Low maintenance due to which we had to tolerate lot of mosquitos!
