The pickup point is at some weird place. It is called as travel agency but there was some gambling happening causing complete uncomfortable to passengers. There was a lady with a kid waiting for bus for more than 45 minutes and these idiots (including travel agency proprietor) was happily playing their games and they did have courtesy to offer a chair for that lady. She was standing with holding a sleepy kid at that night. When i went there to check when the bus will come, he didn't even respond properly (He is suppose to coordinator for this travel for me)

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS - Our trip from Murdeshwar to Bangalore on Seabird Travels was a very horrible one to say the least. The bus is infested with bed bugs which kept us awake all the night. We had to take several precautions once we returned home to ensure the bugs did not spread into our house. On top of this, the bus had severe problems with breaking. Whenever the driver applied the break it was creating scary noise. They got some mechanic on the way and tried to fix the problem but I doubt it got fixed. There were several other problems too but I don't want to waste my time. I would never travel again on seabird and risk my family's health (due to bedbugs) and life (old bus with severe breaking issues). To give the credit where its due, the staff including the driver were nice people and responded politely.
