  Bus service was good .only timely having issue. They don't start bus on time but maintain timing during travel means reached destination on time. So overall is good.

  It was a good experience in SCANIA -Kaveri bus with new cover sheets,refreshments with snacks and drinking water.

  Departure time was 11:55pm and three bus came at 1:25am . Need it say more about the bad experience I got from GoIbibo and it's service. Which did not ensure that the customer has boarded the bus or not..

  The Bua timing is Mentioned mysuru to Benglore is 11.55pm but it comes at 1.30am. i was waiting 1.30 hours on the boarding palce . So I am not fully happy..bus is good and in 3 hours I reached myusur to Benglore only it was good.

  They did not turn the AC on even though i paid for Ac just because there wer few passengers. horrible experience

  bus was stopped in a c grade hotel. where local drunkards where there..not safe for women travelling in this bus. such a stop is very unsafe and very unhygienic food place. bus took a u turn to stop at this place traveling in wrong direction at night time also was very unsafe. wasted 45mins in that hotel.. not at all suitable for vegetarians.

  The bus was supposed to arrive at 7.45, from 7.15 we were waiting for the bus, But bus din't came upto 9.15. bus driver's phone was not reachable. when we repeatedly called operator he told to take some other bus. We were new to mysore and we din't know where to go? is this the way to harass the passengers........ ridiculous service......
