Greenline Conductor Surappan sent an auto to our hotel at Mysuru to transport us to the bus parked elsewhere. The comfortable journey to Ooty was made more joyful by Surappan who entertained us throughout with his witty remarks and knowledgeable guidance. Sufficient time was given to have breakfast enroute and lunch at Ooty. As requested we were dropped at Charing Cross Circle, Ooty. Incidentally, we had traveled by Greenline Travels bus from the then Mysore to Ooty in November 2011 too, and had the same pleasant experience.

Arrival was well in time, but the operator changed the seat at the last minute. Bur no issue as it was comfortable.

Not as per expectation. Dropped at inappropriate place in Ooty instead of Bus Stand. Conducter demanded extra 60 rupees for two bags each of about 10 kg weight among three passengers.
